Active Denial System -> Heat Ray

I hadn’t talked about this until today, but it has been for too long on the news to ignore it. It is the new “non-lethal” weapon developed by the US military. This weapon produces a wave that when it touches human skin it produces a high feeling of temperature (around 90º C) without hurting the skin cause it just penetrates the outer layers. The Pentagon has admitted that the experiments have been going on for the last 12 years and that 12,000 volunteers had been exposed to the weapon. The weapon could be carried on top of a Humvee and it reaches up to 500 yards (400 metres).
