GPS, Huertas y Palacio de Gaviria

Hello everybody!
Yesterday was my dad’s birthday. He is getting old (I won’t tell you how old haha), but enough to be treated with respect :P. we had a great dinner at home, with Núria and Miguel Ángel, and Josep Gomez. We had a great time, great food, great wine, and great presents for my dad. The first present was a Casio watch, made out of plastic, so that he can go jogging and swimming with it (he takes it out whenever he plays any sports). But that wasn’t all! He also got a GPS navigator that gets synchronized with the cell phone, and you can check the GPS system from your cell phone. Oh, btw, he got a new phone, which is really cool.

When dinner was ending I got a call from Michel. Michel is a girl from GWU, who is spending some days in Madrid. So we met downtown, and had a great time. First we went to Palacio de Gaviria, a really nice small palace with a club inside. Note: We got 2 mojitos for free! After that we started walking to Plaza Mayor, we went down to La Cibeles, and turned to Neptuno. We stopped at Calle Huertas 21 (that is where she is staying), and I came back home. We are meeting again today.

Michel is the blonde one. This is the one picture I could get :P

Have a good day!

Xevi
