Goya in Pennsylvania

Somebody lost a Goya in Pennsylvania. An art work of the fabulous Spanish painter has disappeared in Scranton (isn’t it funny that one of my favourite shows, The Office, takes place in that town?). They were moving the painting from Toledo (Ohio) to the Guggenheim Museum of New York. It was going to be part of the special exhibition La pintura española desde El Greco hasta Picasso: la herida del tiempo (Spanish painting from El Greco to Picasso: the wound of time).

The painting is called Niños del carretón, and it was painted in 1779. The FBI is in charge of the investigations, and they have offered up to 50.000$ for any clue that would help them find the missing Goya.
