Working today in Produban (the company I work for owned by Banco Santander) was better than yesterday. i think that the first day is hard for everybody. it is not just been an eagle fan and your boss been a redskin fan, but i have no boss right now! he is on vacations for 3 weeks, and the office is empty. anyway, i am trying to get into ITIL and Remedy. If any of you have a master on it, dont hesitate on contact me. i would be happy of getting some help hahaha. have a good night,
